When you arrive, you’ll be greeted in a soothing, quiet environment. We'll sit together with a cup of soothing tea to discuss how you’re feeling, any concerns you might have, and your expectations for the session. This time is meant to help you relax and feel heard, ensuring that your session is personalized just for you.
The treatment space is designed for your comfort and peace. Soft music, dim lighting, and a serene atmosphere will help you let go of stress and settle into the experience.
Once you're ready, you’ll be invited to remove your shoes and socks and settle into a reclining chair. We’ll start with an initial examination of your feet to assess their condition and identify any areas of focus. This will be followed by a gentle warm-up massage of your feet and lower legs to prepare for the reflexology treatment.
During the session, specific pressure and massage techniques will be applied to reflex points on your feet (or hands, if requested). These techniques are designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural balance and healing. While some areas may feel more tender than others, reflexology should never be painful. If you experience any discomfort, please let me know so adjustments can be made.
